We marked the end of an era this morning on Dublin’s Talking as the last roar of a lion was heard with the passing of Senator Ted Kennedy. Family friend and FF Minister for Lifelong Learning, Sean Haughey shared his fond memories of the iconic statesman. Trinity College Economic’s Expert, Professor Brian Lucey briefed Lynsey on why 46 economists are calling on the Goverment to reconsider The NAMA Project and Professor John Monaghan from The St Vincent de Paul discussed how struggling families can cope with the rising cost of school books, uniforms and “voluntary” back to school subscriptions.
Diamonds are a girls best friend after all and Lynsey lighten up the second hour with Sarah Staunton from www.propose.ie as she advised all the ladies on what to look out for in a rock.
