21 people were arrested as part of protests against Covid-19 restrictions in Dublin city centre yesterday.
2,500 Gardaí were in place nationally as part of a plan to deal with St Patrick's Day.
14 people were taken into custody and brought before the courts yesterday, while seven people arrested were charged and released.
