The country's greenhouse gas emissions have dropped by 6 per cent due to the pandemic.
An Environmental Protection Agency and S-E-A-I report for 2020, shows emissions from the transport sector have fallen by almost 17 per cent.
However, emissions from residential properties are up by around 9 per cent.
