The Dublin Cycling Campaign's disappointed the Strand Road Trial Cycle Path has been halted in Sandymount in Dublin.
It's describing it as a 'lost opportunity' to trial an amenity which would have enabled people to cycle safely along the seafront on Strand Road.
The High Court's decided Dublin City Council can't go ahead with the plan which means the northbound traffic lane won't be closed.
