The Housing Minister says he's strongly against proposals for a ban on rent increases for three years.
At the moment, tenants' rents can't be increased until January if they've been financially impacted by the Covid-19 crisis.
But Sinn Féin's housing spokesperson, Eoin Ó Broin, wants a blanket ban on rent increases for the next three years.
