There are no Covid-19 PCR tests available in ten counties across the country this morning.
The HSE's self-referral portal shows zero availability in Carlow, Cork, Dublin, Kildare, Kilkenny, Meath, Tipperary, Watrerford, Wexford or Wicklow.
