Britain's Prince William says his mother Diana, was "failed" by leaders at the BBC, after an investigation found a journalist used "deceitful behaviour" to get the Panorama interview with her.
Martin Bashir and the corporation have apologised after it was found he produced fake bank statements and showed them to her brother to gain access to the Princess. Prince William says he believes the programme now holds "no legitimacy" and "should never be aired again".
