Here are some great summer hotel deals in Ireland to suit all tastes and budgets.  With all the talk of soaring hotel prices, my friend Sarah Slattery - thetravelexpert.ie was challenged to find some great value summer hotel deals in Ireland - From Bishop's Gate in Derry to Mount Juliet in Kilkenny and also some nice deals in Galway and Donegal. Great Deals in Ireland - The Galway Bay Hotel in Salthill is also offering a lovely last minute July break for €108 per per sharing including a 2 course dinner and bed and breakfast with free access to their lovely leisure centre included.
