Ed travelled to Hilton London Bankside to meet Hospitality Legend and Roscommon man, James B Clarke.  Roof Meadows, Vegan Rooms, Bee Hives, the best roaster coffee in town, London's best breakfast and a warm Irish welcome in one of London's coolest hoods.
